Upon graduating in 2015, I made the decision to deepen my understanding of anatomy, physiology and the mind-body connection by becoming a certified Hatha & Vinyasa yoga instructor. I taught regular private and public classes from 2016-2020, in the Bay Area and on the Big Island, and also completed my Prenatal yoga teacher training in 2017.


Motivated to take my career in health and wellness further, I enrolled in the Aloha Massage Academy in February 2019 studying under Angela Leslee. I received my license from the Hawaii state board in May 2020 and launched my private practice in June of that same year. I'm excited to develop my knowledge as a wellness provider and to share the benefits of massage with residents and visitors of the Big Island!

My interest in anatomy and alignment was sparked back in 2013 during my movement studies classes at Acting school when I was pursuing my Associate's degree. We were encouraged to find neutral alignment in our own bodies so we could take on the physical attributes of a character. I began to recognize that how we present physically tells an in-depth story about our lives and that it's in our best interest to cultivate, not only physical health but also mental and spiritual health.

My guiding principal in yoga and massage is that everyone is their own best healer. That ultimately, our bodies know exactly how to find alignment and as a massage therapist, I am simply here to assist in that process. I hope to create an environment where people can come to relax, rejuvenate and experience therapeutic touch. I aim to empower my clients to engage in regular self-care practices that support all-round, long-term wellbeing and vitality.
